As a producer, leadership revealed itself through empathy and creative diplomacy. Kokice was a project built across three languages and cultures, demanding patience, clarity, and trust. It strengthened my ability to unite people around one vision while protecting the artistic core of the film, and expanded my understanding of international production, coordination, and negotiation under constant logistical pressure.
