I’m Inga, you might also see me as Alaska Young, a producer working across content and live formats, with video production and creative development at the core.

Producing lives between creative impulse and the realities of making, where an idea moves from concept to result. For me, the idea is primary, it generates motivation and gathers people together, which is why my ongoing professional interest is how media influences perception and human relationships.
With work that has often happened at the intersection of cultures, languages, and formats, creative leadership within cross-functional teams came naturally, along with a communication approach that creates fast alignment and shared understanding.

“I’m looking for my Great Perhaps.”
I am drawn to roles that keep creative focus and turn complexity into clarity.
This is the way to deepen corporate production practice, strengthen stakeholder management, and work closer to brand-led storytelling, in a long-term team context where partnership grows through consistency.

I genuinely love what I do, and continuity matters to me, along with steady growth within one consistent team.

More about me
Beyond production
Sailing entered my life later and in a largely intuitive way, as something long desired but postponed.
I am currently training to become a sailing yacht captain and preparing for my first real passage at sea.
Unlike the mountains, which feel almost intimate to me, the sea immediately shifts everything into a collective logic, where safety depends on trust, role distribution, and discipline under pressure, while final authority remains with the captain.
It was a small school with theatre and music education, ordinary in form yet unusual in essence, and that was where "My Life in Art" began.
“Not only to know, but to feel”

I am driven by the need to move, learn, try, and do, which is why new knowledge and fresh challenges feel essential.
Travel, for me, is not about changing locations, but about observing how people live, the values their families hold, and how those values take shape.
Often, understanding begins simply by listening to what someone wants to share.
Winter sports have been a significant part of my life, bringing together two apparent opposites, as I remain both a skier and a snowboarder. In my early years, I worked as an assistant at a ski school in France after completing their internal training program.
For me, this discipline is closely tied to personal responsibility,
grounded in skill, clear thinking, and respect for risk.
A full-time producer role in an international company with an in-house production or steady need to deliver creative projects is the direction I am moving toward.
